Privacy Policy

Controller within the meaning of the GDPR: PANI Hausverwaltung [legal form], Westfälische Straße 62, 10709 Berlin, info@pani-hv.de.

1. Hosting & server logs

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages. When this website is accessed, technically necessary data (IP address, time of access, page retrieved) is processed - legal basis Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

2. Fonts

Font files are served together with this website. Loading the fonts does not establish a connection to Google Fonts.

3. Contact

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details in order to handle your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

The fields on the home page and tenant services page prepare an email draft locally in your browser. This website does not send the entries to a form service. You can open the draft in your email app, review it and send it to info@pani-hv.de yourself. We only receive the message when you send it. Your own email provider is also involved in that transmission.

4. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

5. External content

Images and icons are served together with the website. External source and licence links are only opened when you follow the respective link.

6. Google Maps

On the About page you can load a map from Google Maps, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The map is only loaded once you click “Load map”. Data such as your IP address is then transmitted to Google, which may include a transfer to the USA. The legal basis is the consent you give by clicking (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, Section 25 (1) TDDDG). “Hide map again” removes the map. It is not loaded automatically on your next visit.

The links “View address on Google Maps” and “Plan your route” open Google Maps in a new window, where Google’s privacy policy applies.
