How we support your renovation.

Building & goals

We gather existing documents, clarify your goals and coordinate the building assessment with specialists.

Planning & funding

Specialists assess potential measures and funding options. We agree the next steps with you and everyone involved.

Tenders & contracts

We support tendering and coordinate the review of quotations. You decide on the budget and which contracts to award.

Works & acceptance

We coordinate the parties, schedules and preparation for acceptance. Qualified specialists carry out the technical checks.

Potential in existing buildings

From high running costs to a future-ready building.

We see energy renovation as an opportunity for sustainable property management, not an obligation. When it makes sense for your building, we coordinate the process from the initial assessment through funding and tendering to acceptance, together with qualified specialists.

We identify opportunities openly; the decision remains yours. Better efficiency can reduce running costs and CO₂ emissions and support the long-term value of your property.

What renovation can change

Illustrative example
Choose a target class

Target C: 87 kWh per square metre per year, 52% less energy, approximately 1,210 euros saved per year in this example.

Example: current class F, 180 kWh/m²/year, 100 m² building reference area, assumed €0.13/kWh. Not energy advice or a savings guarantee.

Assumptions & CO₂

The figures are illustrative values within each class, not guaranteed renovation outcomes. Building reference area differs from living area. CO₂ only falls in proportion to energy demand when the energy source and emissions factor remain unchanged. Weather, use, technology, investment and subsidies are not included.

Class thresholds: Annex 10
