Assessment
Association, resolutions, contracts, reserves and open issues at a glance.
Resolution and termination
All the change requires is a resolution of the owners. Under section 26 (3) of the German Condominium Act (WEG), an existing manager can be removed at any time; the current contract then ends no later than six months afterwards.
Orderly handover
