What can we manage for you?

Owners’ association (WEG)A building with several owners. We manage the common property: roof, facade, staircase, accounts, owners’ meeting. Rental buildingThe whole building belongs to you or your family. We look after letting, rent collection, service charges and maintenance. Individual apartmentYou own an apartment in a building that you let out. We look after the tenancy agreement, accounts and communication with your tenants (Sondereigentum, SEV for short). Several buildingsZinshaus buildings, a larger holding or a portfolio. We work with investors and long-term holders and provide regular reporting. Not sure yetRenovation, construction support, inheritance or a mix. Describe it briefly at the end and we will sort it out.

How many units does the property have?

A unit is an apartment or a commercial space. An estimate is enough; for several buildings, give the total.

Up to 10 unitsA small building or a small association. 11 to 30 unitsA typical Berlin apartment building, often with a side wing. 31 to 80 unitsA large building, front and rear house or several entrances. More than 80 unitsA large estate or several buildings together. I don’t knowNo problem. We will ask when we talk.

What is your role in the association?

We only ask this for an owners’ association. It tells us who we are speaking to and who takes the decision.

OwnerYou own one or more apartments in the building. Advisory boardYou speak for the board or the association. Owners’ representativeAuthorised agent, estate agent, notary or lawyer. Other roleFor example a tenant or prospective buyer. We will sort it out in conversation.

How is the property managed today?

This tells us whether a handover is due and how urgent it is. This enquiry goes to us only.

Change of managerThere is a manager and you would like to switch. We coordinate the handover with you and the current manager. Self-managed so farOwners, family or the advisory board manage the property themselves and would like to hand over the tasks. Newly bought or inheritedAfter a purchase, inheritance or new build there has been no manager yet. We set everything up from the start. Management ends soonThe management contract has been terminated or is expiring. Feel free to give the date at the end. Something elseFor example renovation, building works or simply finding out more. You can explain it when we talk.
